Shipping policy

Estimated shipping time will be 2-3 business days.
All order processing occurs on business days only, which are Monday through Saturday, from 9 am to 6 pm IST. Orders placed on Sundays, holidays, Public Holidays or after 6 pm IST are processed the next business day. All packages are delivered Monday through Saturday.
Stock items ship out within 24-48 hours, unless otherwise noted.
Large quantity purchases may add 1-3 business days to shipping. Item(s) may also be bulk packed.
Croff is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavor to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and that pricing is true and correct. In the unlikely event that an ordered item isn't available, or we are unable to fulfill your order, we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange a backorder or a full refund.

Please note we cannot ship goods to an address outside of India.

We currently offer delivery services exclusively within India. However, we accept payments from most credit/debit cards issued internationally.
